Your student is a part of the Panther family, and so are you. To get the most out of your experience, we encourage you to the join the Panther Family Association — a program run by the Parent & Family Programs team. Together, they develop events and opportunities for families and students to connect with the university community and network with other Panthers around the world.
As a Panther Family Association member, you and your student will enjoy special perks and benefits, like access to the Parent & Family Hotline, discounts at the University Bookstore and access to scholarship opportunities. Plus, you’ll build a lasting connection that ensures you’ll get the most out of the Georgia State experience.
The Panther Family Association is your connection point to Georgia State. You can volunteer to serve on a planning committee, which consists of a small group of parents and family members who volunteer their time to generate ideas and assist with initiatives for the Panther Family Association (PFA).
The Parent & Family Programs Team is looking for parents and family members to lend their talents to the volunteer advisory board. If you are interested in more information or would like to request an application, email us at email@example.com.
